Reminiscing on events, weddings and festivals from across Wales, we picked the botanicals that we thought would reflect our personal journey over the last two or so years. Elderberries remind us of warm summer nights and sunsets while Elderflower and herbaceous Angelica Root of love and the floral scents of beautiful wedding bouquets. We added Orange peel for fresh notes of citrus that run through our vintage trailer from freshly cut garnishes.
Rosemary and ginger takes us back to cold winter nights at Christmas markets. With the addition of orris root, coriander and of course juniper, this fusion of botanicals captures all of our unique flavours to create a smooth and delicious gin.
